  • Cancellation stops future renewals — your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

6. Payment & Refund Policy

  • Payments are processed via Stripe and PayPal.
  • Refunds are only provided if the platform is unavailable for more than 48 hours due to technical issues caused by ARTKAT LLC, and only upon user request.

7. AI Usage Disclaimer

All AI-generated content provided through our platform is produced by third-party models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere, etc.).
  • AI results may contain errors, inaccuracies, or offensive content.
  • Users are fully responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring the compliance of generated content with applicable laws.
  • ARTKAT LLC disclaims all liability for damages resulting from the use of AI-generated content.

8. Prohibited Content

You may not use the platform to generate or distribute content that:
  • Promotes violence, terrorism, or self-harm
  • Contains hate speech or discrimination
  • Depicts illegal activities or child exploitation
  • Spreads misinformation or fraud

9. Data Retention

  • User data is retained for up to 3 months after account deletion.
  • Chat history, generated content, and uploaded files are automatically deleted after 6 months of inactivity.
  • Users can request manual deletion via [email protected].

10. Liability

The website and platform are provided on an \”as-is\” basis. We make no guarantees about availability, performance, or suitability for your specific needs. Your use is at your own risk.

11. Changes to Terms

  • Clipdrop

While we strive to provide reliable tools, you acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content may contain factual errors, biases, or inappropriate content.
  • RIX does not review or guarantee the accuracy, legality, or suitability of generated content.
  • Users are fully responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring generated content complies with applicable laws and regulations, including intellectual property laws.
  • ARTKAT LLC is not liable for any damages resulting from reliance on or use of AI-generated content.
